Healing Place Church

The folk at HPC just know how to show their love. With many people, they ask how your doing so that they may know where your at in life…..with others, they ask how your doing so they may affect where you are. Once again the folks at HPC have did something for my family to “show” their love.

Wednesday 2 Weeks After

Well it’s been two weeks since my last time at Maranatha Church of God. The decision made and the board is being nice to us on our way out. This Sunday is Pastor Ted’s last Sunday to be there as Pastor. I would like to go out of respect for him, but I think that might night be well viewed! I don’t want any trouble for me, my family or the local church. Man I really love the local church. It’s not perfect, far from it, but it works. It is Jesus way of doing things I believe!

Keep us in prayer as we consider whether to make another more or stay put for now. Lot’s of things on the burners, but we want the will of God!

Keep my dad in prayer as well, I hear that he is in Peru for a missions trip. Can’t wait to hear how that goes. Mom just moved into her new house.

Lot’s more to talk about but that is it for now!

Big Day Tommarow

We will finish driving on in to Baton Rouge, look at housing, meeting with band, rehearsal at 6:00 dinner to follow, salad only! and then CRASH! Sunday up early for another rehearsal and church.church

Transition Pt. 2

We are embarking upon a new transition. A new city, although not really new. We are here in a different role than ever before. God is seemingly bring us back to a point where ministry really is all about people and not about “us.” Although He uses “us” he loved them! He crazy nuts of people. So, therefore we press on.
